Dr. Matthew Levitt (BlueskyLinkedIn) is the Fromer-Wexler senior fellow and director of the Reinhard program on counterterrorism and intelligence at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy. Levitt previously served as a former FBI counterterrorism analyst and as Deputy Assistant Secretary for intelligence and analysis at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He is the author of Hezbollah: The Global Footprint of Lebanon’s Party of God.
